Yes, the TA positions are available to all the eligible students. At present the college is offering 100 TA positions in the campus to encourage students.

The principal will conduct an in-classroom teaching skills demonstration test for the interested students. Based on the performance a list of eligible students will be prepared. Such Students will apply to the principal for TA position in Project Nest.

The amount of stipend will be decided objectively from marks in CS subjects and maths, score in edyst test, communication Skills displayed in toastmasters and in classroom demonstrations. Multiple chances will be given to applicants to increase their stipend amount.

As long as the student stays eligible to obtain the TA ship. TA will continue not only based on eligibility but also on the performance and discharging of the responsibilities assigned and delegated as a TA. Besides the enshrined roles and responsibilities your principal may assign and delegate academic, administrative and admission responsibilities to the TA’s in Project Nest. Successful completion of such assignments is considered in the continuation of TAship.

E.g. A group of Students who have Backlogs or in need of remedial classes may be assigned to a TA. It will be the responsibility of the TA to ensure that his students clear their Backlogs.
